The form collects the details you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email, telephone number and shipment or enquiry information. We use them to respond and discuss your request. Required fields are marked on the form.

How your request reaches the team

The quote form on our home page is provided by HubSpot. Information submitted through that form is processed by HubSpot for Cargo Shark so our team can respond. Other contact forms are processed on our hosting server and sent to the Cargo Shark contact mailbox. For those forms, a private delivery record helps recover requests if email delivery fails and is removed after 30 days during routine form processing. HubSpot records and the team's correspondence are managed separately.

Technical data and preferences

The hosting and network services may process connection information to serve and protect the site. The embedded HubSpot quote form also loads resources from HubSpot and may process technical information to operate and protect the form. Forms handled by our hosting server use temporary, hashed connection identifiers to limit repeated submissions. Your animation preference is saved in your browser's local storage.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, interactions, and browser and device details.

Sharing details safely

Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive shipment documents through the general contact form. The team can agree an appropriate way to exchange any additional information.
